Caring for a parent is easier together.
Together helps families share the work of looking after an aging parent: medications, visits and notes, all in one place.
One person coordinates. Everyone helps.
- The coordinator (usually an adult child) sets up medications, appointments and visits in the Together app.
- Family members see the schedule, claim visits and leave notes.
- The person being cared for needs no app. She gets a simple text message when a medication is due, and replies 1 when she has taken it. Her family can then see it is done.
If a dose is missed
If a reminder has not been answered after an hour, Together can text the coordinator so they can call and check in.
Made to be simple
Large text, plain words and as few steps as possible. Together is designed for families and for parents who are not comfortable with new technology.
Text messages
Together sends medication reminders by text, but only to people who have agreed to receive them. Nobody receives reminders until they reply YES to our first message, and anyone can reply STOP at any time. See exactly how the text messages work.
